LightStim™ LED light therapy delivers light energy in a similar way plants absorb light energy from the sun. LightStim™emits UV-free, beneficial light energy to the skin to help to activate the body’s natural anti-aging and rejuvenating processes.
What is LightStim™?
LightStim™ has a photochemical effect (like photosynthesis in plants). One of the main mechanisms of action occurs in the mitochondria (the cellular power plant inside every cell).
LightStim™ emits UV-free, beneficial light rays that energize cells and stimulate the body’s natural process to build new proteins (collagen and elastin) and regenerate cells.LightStim™ uses different wavelengths, or colours of light. When this beneficial light is applied directly to the skin it can reduce fine lines and wrinkles, temporarily increase blood circulation, and treat mild to moderate acne.
