Cancellation Policy

We book all of our clients with enough time to provide the personalized service plus a little extra time to go over your skin care questions and rescheduling. However, sometimes our schedule is efficiently booked to accommodate that “last minute” facial or gift idea. Your appointment time is reserved for you, and you only so we respectfully request 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. We will do our very best to accommodate any last minute changes. There will be a $50 cancellation fee applied to all cancellations within 48 hours and all “No Show’s” will be charged 50% of the total service value. Credit cards are required on file for ALL service bookings.

We understand that you all have busy lives and that schedules do fluctuate so we do our best to be on time for each and every client. In order for us to stay on time, we request that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Please note we are a boutique style medi spa with a small staff. We keep the doors locked for security purposes while treatments are in service, please respect our other guests and only arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Due to the safety and respect of our clients, we cannot leave the treatment room during our appointments. If you arrive earlier than 5 minutes, please wait patiently on our patio or in your vehicle.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled and the no-show policy will be applied.

Appointment Bookings

All appointments require a credit card on file to secure your booking time and date. We do not ‘hold’ or ‘reserve’ any appointments if you do not have a credit card at the time of booking your selected appointment time will be released.

Bus System

We are conveniently located near the Bus system (just a few minute walks) From the 152nd St Stations. Walk down to Buena Vista and follow it to Dolphin St. Turn right onto Dolphin St and we are the second home on the left.

There is free street parking, with no permit required.
