BOOKING AND CHANGING APPOINTMENTS

You can book all appointments via our online booking portal, or by phone at 1(604) 531-0575. A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve all appointments. Please advise us of any changes or cancellations to the reservation 48 hours prior to your appointment time via phone or email to hello@essenceofl.com. Respectfully, all late cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations within 24 hours and all “No Show’s” will be charged 100% of the total service value.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the “no-show” policy of 100% of the service value will be applied.

BUS SYSTEM

We are conveniently located near the Bus system (just a few minute walks) From the 152nd St Stations. Walk down to Buena Vista and follow it to Dolphin St. Turn right onto Dolphin St and we are the second home on the left.

PARKING

There is free street parking, with no permit required.
