    You can book all appointments via our online booking portal, or by phone. A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve all appointments. Please advise us of any changes or cancellations to the reservation 48 hours prior to your appointment time via phone or email to hello@essenceofl.com.

    Cancellation Policy: For all appointments cancelled within 48 hours, a $100 fee will apply to the credit card on file. For appointments that are either no-showed or cancelled the day of your scheduled appointment, we will charge the full amount of the missed service to the credit card on file.
