When do I get billed?

You only get billed once, the day you pre-pay for your 6+ services.

Can I transfer or share my Membership with another guest?

Unfortunately not. Everyone’s skin journey is personal, and each individual should experience the full benefits of their selected package to yield the best results!

Do my Membership treatments expire?

No, any unused treatments will roll over to the next year or wait on your account to be used.

Can I use my 15% off products online?

Yes, please email hello@essenceofl.com for your personalized discount code!

Do my Membership discounts expire?

Yes. Your 15% product + service discount will expire one year from your purchase date.

Is there a cancellation policy?

All appointments require a 48-hour notice before cancelling your appointment. If you “no show” to your appointment, the full cost of your missed service will be processed to your credit card on file. Your missed service will not be taken from your membership. Please review our cancellation policy for more details. All products and services are final sale

Am I locked in for the full year with my EOL membership?

With our Membership program, you are committed to the 12-month term since you are pre-paying for your treatments. Remember, your services don’t expire! All treatments + products are final sale.
